ولأن الإنسان كائن معقد بطبعه، فكانت حضارته معقدة بطبعها، تنتشر فيها تصرفاته البناءة حينا والهدامة حينا آخر، وتتحول الفكرة النبيلة لفعل حقير نابع من الاستغلال الإنساني لقوته وشهوته واستحقاقه اللامتناهي والتي ينتج عنها خراب ودمار.
